Our luxury 3 bedroom fully self contained cottage River Gum has 180 degree views of the river below and rural surrounds.

Enjoy the beauty and sounds of the mighty Goobarragandra River whilst relaxing on your private balcony or stretch your legs and meander along the 2 kms of river bank that borders the property. So if you're looking for total privacy, and an unforgettable spot to relax and unwind, Elm Cottage provides the atmosphere that can help you create magical moments.

Elm Cottage is located 14kms from the township of Tumut in the Snowy Mountains. We are approximately 21/2 hours from Canberra, 41/2 from Sydney, 6 hours from Melbourne and just 1 hour from Wagga Wagga.

The Tumut Region offers activities for everyone year round including golf, fishing, bushwalking, mountain bike riding, canoeing and kayaking. You can even go along to Air Escape and try the ultimate freedom of powered hang gliding, or you can stay at the property view the birdlife, see an echnida, platypus and wombat in their natural habitat and just relax whilst taking in the natural beauty of the Goobarragandra Valley.
