Beautiful little cottage set on 45 acres of bushland with fantastic ocean views. The cottage has 2 large decks, one to take in the water views the other to catch the winter sun. The nearby beaches are pristine and for most of the year you have them almost to yourself.

Excellent beach, rock and river fishing , sea and river kayaking, bush walking and bird watching are some of the many outdoor activities in the area. Mogo Zoo is 2 kms away and is renowned for it's rare animals - Birdland Batemans Bay is famous for its Australian native animals.
