Nightly rate ranges from $A80 to $A170 ( ie. approx $75nz to $nz200 ) depending on the time of year ( ie. holiday -periods like Xmas-New Yr , Easter & school holidays are a higher rate ) , and it also depends on the no. of Guests in your family group , and the length of your stay ( ie. a short 2 night stay is a higher rate, & availability is slightly more limited than a longer stay . )

This ground-level garden apartment is bright & modern & in a popular holiday complex with pool, spa, tennis court. Lovely patio with garden furniture, palm-tree surrounds.
It's quiet beachfront location is very close shops, childrens beachfront parks, cafes, buses, restaurants, surf clubs, bowls clubs, RSA.
Easy drive to Dreamworld, Seaworld, Movieworld, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Wet'nWild water fun park.

Surfers Paradise, 20mins drive, Pacific Fair & Robina town centre , & Gold Coast International airport
Nicely furnished, incl. Lounge & dining suites, bar stools, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, auto-laundry/washer,drier, fans in all rooms. It also has its own secure basement carpark.
The accomm is very tidy & meticulously clean.there is a queen bed, 2 single beds, a sofa-couch ( a foldaway bed, a portable infant cot are available at no extra charge ).

Sunny pleasant quiet, yet only steps away to all facilities...... Beach, transport, beachfront parks with markets, local village shops.
There is a $70 cleaning fee & a refundable $250 bond
