Paradise Point is a perfect holiday location , especially for families, everything is so convenient.
It's metres from the home to the beautiful blue Broadwater, park, adventure playground & safe beach & swimming lagoon all set by the village where you can get an espresso, freshly baked bread, takeaways or dine at Gold Coast's finest restaurants and yet ... it's so close to theme parks & great shopping ... both only a simple 10 minute drive.
The home has a *heated pool, it's a 2 storied house that has been set up so either the ground or upper floor can be used separately or combined as the whole house. It enables us to provide excellant value for all sizes of families, even couples. It's particularly ideal for extended families and friends holidaying together.There is lots of space, flexibility, convenience and privacy.
Please Note ... if you reserve either the ground or upper area alone the other is not used so you have the place to yourself.
All the rooms are spacious, bright, sunny and airy. Inside there's 2 of everything (actually 4 TV's 2 up & 2 downstairs) even 2 outdoor patios, each with tables & chairs one by the pool and one on the deck that overlooks the pool ... each are positioned right outside the kitchen facilities ... that's the holiday home .. then when you step outside to the front of the property you see the blue waters of the Broadwater and the huge luxurious motor launches moored alongside the palatial homes on Sovereign Island.
The rates per night start at $125 up to $495 during Xmas ... as the rate depends on the number staying, time of year, whether you stay in one of the areas or the whole house, ... just email us and we'll reply with a fixed price. Note unless your enquiry specifies the area the rate provided for up to 5 persons will be for the ground, for up to 8 the rate will be for the upper area and 9 or more persons the rate will be for the whole house. Of course you can specific which area you wish and will give you a rate to cater for your requirement.
Rates are in A$ ... to make it simple and convenient, deposits can be made into a NZ bank or Australian account. Payment by Visa or Mastercard is accepted in NZ.

1. a porta cot ... its modern and cleaned well - available at no charge
2. a pram / stroller ... its modern and cleaned well - $35 for stay
3. a cleaning and laundry charge is additional the amount depends to the number staying.
4. *the pool water is heated so it's maintained at 26c. If you required it to be warmer , there is a modest cost e.g for a 7 day holiday is around $95. If children will be using the pool, it's recommended 28 - 30c, particularly during the cooler months ( Apr - Nov).
5. Internet access is available via a laptop and mobile modem. A charge is based on the amount of data you wish to have loaded on the modem from $35 to $65. For email and information browsing during a holiday, $35 is usually sufficient.

The home is set up as 2 self contained areas ( the ground and upper) connected by a typical internal stairway. It's ideal for families & friends holidaying together yet wanting their own space.
You can stay in either the 2 bedroom ground or the 3 bedroom upper area's or the whole house. The whole house is up to 5 bedrms +++ (TWO x kitchen:dining: lounge, bathroom areas, fridges, washers, home theatres, 4xTV's etc).
Ground area : 2 bedrooms sleeps up to 5, , kitchen, living, dining, bathroom, covered outdoor patio,
Upper area :3 bedrooms sleeps up to 8, kitchen, living , dining, bathroom, covered outdoor deck,
note ... when you reserved one of other area, you'll have the place to yourself.

“We returned to this lovely property again, this time for a bit of a winter escape away. Definitely a home away from home, beautifully maintained, and a pool! (which we didn’t have a chance to use this time..) Paradise point is an ideal place to get away, yet is close to attractions and shopping. Our son, who previously enjoyed the pool, got in to a routine of walking to the park just down the road, and inevitably made friends with the kids playing there which there seemed to be no shortage of on any particular day. We look forward to holidaying again there soon….
