Tariff

$180/night (short stays are rarely available but can be requested!)
Off Peak is $1000/week, for average sized family.
Mid season is $1600.
Peak infrequently available but check with owners.
A cleaning fee of $80 paid to the cleaner (ph no. on fridge) in addition to the weekly rental.

Description

Our beach house has everything needed for a relaxed escape, including a huge covered plus lawn patio with BBQ and fresh air. It is a family home at Currimundi, about 85 Km north of the Brisbane Airport. Our charges vary throughout the year, depending on the number of guests staying and the season. There is bed linen and bath and beach towels available at no extra cost. Just launder and hang out and the cleaner will fold them away. A property near ours just sold for $4.1 million. Being on the dune top, we can drive to the house which makes unloading so easy, so convenient. Many visitors and guests use the "Wow" word when they arrive!

Currimundi is a patrolled surf beach in the summer months and the concrete Coastal walkway and bike paths stretch for many kilometres. Fabulous!

It is a lovely quiet holiday destination a few Km from Caloundra CBD and about 15 km from Mooloolaba (Underwater World) and Maroochydore (Shops) etc. Noosa is a 50 minute drive to the north. Steve Irwin's Famous Australia Zoo is a short drive south of Caloundra. Good beach and Lake Currimundi fishing and swimming.
