Peregian beach is located approximately 10 kms south of Noosa and just north of Coolum. The stunning stretch of coast just 90 mins north of Brisbane is a fantastic location for a holiday. Noosa national park, great surf, Noosa river and the Sunshine coast hinterland offer plenty of distractions for the active. Those who prefer great shopping and fine dining are catered for too. Peregian beach itself is a laid back village with plenty of coffee shops and eateries to while away the hours.

This great beach house is located just a short stroll from Peregian beach and enjoys great views of the ocean and to the west of Noosa National Park. With 4 bedrooms and two living rooms the house accepts bookings for a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children. The lap pool is 18 metres and the outdoor setting and BarBQ along with kids cubby and sand pit complete the outdoor rear area. The home was refurnished in 2007 and offers a well equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining area all on top floor to take in the view! You will love it.
