FRONT DECK: offers early morning sun with bench seating to read the papers & enjoy a quiet coffee before the day starts.......or later in the afternoon to escape the sun & enjoy a wine with perhaps a cheese platter! The master bedroom opens onto this deck with a sliding glass door.
KITCHEN: Full size kitchen with all cutlery, crockery & cooking utensils supplied. Fridge/freezer, microwave, dish-washer plus electric oven griller & hotplates.......open plan from the lounge room.
There is also a full size gas BBQ located on the back deck with patio table and chairs.
LOUNGE: with two comfortable sofas...one has a roll out double bed. Gas LOG FIRE, T.V., Video, C.D. player & sound system.

DOUBLE SPA: Master bedroom has ensuite with a great double spa 1500 X 1500..... shower,vanity & toilet plus heated towel rails, hair dryer shampoo & conditioner ....
2nd BEDROOM: PRISTINE DOUBLE GLASS SHOWER is ensuite to the second bedroom.....also has seperate toilet, with Queen bed with all linen and towels supplied.
This bedroom also has a 3rd full size T.V. & sliding glass door which opens onto the back BBQ deck.

This property is completely fenced on all sides and Cottage for Four is the only property on the site.
