Description

Situated Availles-Limouzine village (pop. 1500) near Confolens (12km) and on the river Vienne in southwest France.

The house is in rue du Commerce (see photo), one of the three main streets in the village. It is a modest, clean, comfortable dwelling, fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for everyday living. In the photo it is the pinkish part of a larger original house but is fully separated with separate title. There is a small courtyard in front of the house but no other land. Upstairs is one large room which is used as the lounge and also doubles as a bedroom. Downstairs the area is divided into a galley kitchen, a bathroom with separate shower, a laundry and a dining area which is also used for a foldaway bed.

The village has all the basic services such as convenience store, 2 bakeries, butcher/delicatessen, hotel, restaurant/bar, flower shop, gift shop, garage, post office, real estate agent, hair salon, pharmacy. Supermarkets etc in Confolens. Beautiful French countryside.
