WAY TO BOOK:
To make a reservation, is paid 25% of the agreed price for transfer, the rest of the entry plus the deposit as collateral, 150 € to stay less than 1 week or 200 € in one week stay or higher at the entrance at home, this will be delivered clean and with all services running, being previously shown for their approval. This deposit will be refunded once the room and checked the house to realize that we have indicated previously.

Description

THE CARRA - SEASON RENTAL, sleeps 6 people with extra bed possibility of being admitted pets with prior notice.

The site where the house is one of the first attractions. When the visitor arrives, surprised by the tranquility of the people, the beauty of the house and garden, which promises long evenings outdoors, where the time will fly.

It has 3 floors of 40 meters each, connected by internal staircase and wood railings, having electric storage heating in all rooms, water heater.

The 3 rooms are equipped with viscoelastic mattresses and pillows, the latest technology for relaxation and comfort, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, two double rooms with TV, dining room with rustic fireplace with TV, stereo and video, kitchen (oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, fryer, etc ....), utility room (washing machine, iron), and garage.

It has an enclosed garden of 400 m. over two levels, separated by rails and interconnected with hallway and stairs of stone. Surrounded by fence, stone wall, fence and sliding door with access to two cars in private parking. It contains fruit trees and manicured flower beds, having hanger street and garden accessories (tables, chairs, waitress, chairs, stimers, umbrellas, and barbecue paperback)

EXTRA SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, apply before your arrival: * Use fireplace € 14 package (5 of oak or oak, pine logs 5 or similar) * For stays longer than 2 nights, 1 night bed € 18. * Service of heating, 50 € per week. * Pet on stay of less than 1 week, 20 € per pet stay in 1 week stay or higher, 5 € in TB, TA and € 7 for pet day. Up to two pets. We do not accept dangerous breeds. YOUR GAME The tenant must leave the estate free of side effects and personal belongings, not taking the property responsible for them, leaving the state you found it and reporting any incident that occurred during your stay. If you prefer to departure, deliver without cleaning services used (oven, Vitro, barbecue), is deducted from the deposit € 20. The clothes have been used must be deposited in the laundry room.
