The Villa has great privacy and a very tranquil atmosphere. The European/Kiwi owners have moved from Phuket to NZ for an extended period.

You'll feel safe with the villas' remote controlled security and surrounding 2-meter-high fence, guaranteeing your privacy and peace of mind. Additionally the Villa Compound has a manned 24/7 Security Guard Service. The Villa, Nai Harn Beach is situated just 5 minutes' drive from Nai-Harn and Rawai beaches; ideal for a holiday of peace and solitude. Please note there is no construction in the KokYang Estate Compound or vicinity giving you true peace and quiet.

Along the rocky shores of Phuket's southernmost tip lies Nai Harn beach another of the island's heavenly strips of sand. The beach is powdery and almost white, the waters calm (at most times of the year) and crystal clear, and development on the beach itself is minimal — really!
