Tariff
$95 - couple.
$120 - for family of four (two adults, two children).
$20 - per night for each extra to max of 10 persons.
$45 - linen charge (not applicable if own sheets, slip, towels supplied).
We do not charge a cleaning fee if guests undertake to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition ready for the next occupants. If how ever, you wish us to provide cleaning services, please add a fee of $50 dollars.
Minimum of 3 night stay for long weekends eg: Labour weekend, Queens Birthday, Waitangi
Winter Weekly Special - stay for 7 nights and pay only for 6 !
Deposit of 1/3 total price or full amount if booking for less than three days required for booking confirmation.
