Description

Baytree Cottage, Norfolk St, Ponsonby, is positioned 5 minutes walk from Ponsonby Road, with all its cafes and boutique shops. This 100 year-old cottage is beautifully decorated and has persian carpets on the polished wooden floor.The large lounge gets all day sun and there is a verandah also with a divan in the sunshine. There is some genuine colonial furniture so the character of the house is authentic.
The Link bus along Ponsonby Rd accesses Downtown, the Ferry Building, the Museum and Newmarket shopping centre at a very reasonable fare.
All linen, cutlery and crockery is of high quality and the laundry includes a drier and washing machine.
Free wireless broadband available.
The cottage has a cot and highchair.
Parking is directly outside the front door.
