Undercover parking available at $20 per day.

Penthouse 3-"Bridge Deck" is a large and modern 2 bedroom Serviced Apartment of 132sqm located on the Auckland City Waterfront and only minutes from the Vector Arena, Queen Street shops, Ferry Building, Britomart train and bus station and the Viaduct's restaurant and bars. The apartment has 180 degree water views of Auckland Harbour and a large 72 sqm deck from where you can watch the world go by. Relax in the spacious living area, on the extra-large deck or launch into the action on your doorstep.

We have a MINIMUM STAY POLICY OF 7 NIGHTS.The tariff includes all linen and full servicing of the apartment at the end of the stay or every 7 days if staying for longer periods. Penthouse 3 is available for accommodation purposes ONLY. It is NOT AVAILABLE for functions, party's or social gatherings of any kind.
