Description

Private 3 acre waterfront property overlooking Manukau Harbour. 180 degree views. Fully equipped 3 bedroom house with separate cottage sleeping 12 in total. Private setting with room for the kids to play and explore. Beach access via short bush walk on the property or 1 minute drive/5 minute walk via road to safe swimming beach, boat ramp and reserve. Plenty of parking for cars and boats. Plenty of toys and boardgames to keep the kids amused. House opens onto extensive decking for bbqs and entertaining. Ideally setup to accommodate 2-3 families wanting to enjoy timeout together.

Grahams Beach is approx 30 minutes drive from Waiuku or just over an hour from Auckland. There is plenty to discover on the peninsula from horse trekking, art gallery, beach and bush walks, vineyard(next door), not to mention all of the secluded and pristine bays to explore. 10 minutes drive away at Matakawau is a service station, general store and takeaways. The Awhitu Golf Club offer a bistro on Friday evenings.
