Bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit. For discounted weekly or extended stay rates, please contact us. Deposits are refundable if cancelled 4 weeks prior in full or if we can re-let the apartment if cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival. We accept credit cards, bank deposits and cash. A cheque can be accepted for your deposit if we receive it at least two weeks prior to your arrival.

Description

Our B&B is located on the 3rd level of our home. The views from the rooms and deck are stunning -- the panoramic views include Rangitoto volcanic island, Tiritiri Matangi bird sanctuary, and the Coromandel Peninsula! The Queen bedroom is comfortably furnished and the lounge area is very large and fitted with comfortable chairs, dining table & chairs, Sky TV and small fridge. The bathroom has a toilet, sink & shower and a beautiful skylight that lets in ample fresh air and sunshine. Asphodel provides free internet access. B&B guests enter through the main door of the home and enter the B&B up a staircase that leads to the 3rd level.

You can have your full breakfast in the lounge area or on the deck. Breakfast comes complete with cafe-quality coffee!

We can also provide extra services such as chilled wine or champagne on ice awaiting your arrival. Or romantic scented candles in your room and/or a candle-light dinner on the deck. We aim to make your stay memorable and enchanting, just use your imagination and ask !
