Welcome to Sea Vista Apartments. We offer quality, short term, self contained 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments and a luxury 3 bedroom cottage just 400 metres from the beach. Our cottage has lovely sea views.

Situated on a spacious & peaceful 1 acre property with childrens play equipment, our apartments are ideal for holiday makers and families with children, transferring between homes & countries.

You can choose from 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments and our beautiful 3 & 4 bedroom cottages. All are fully self contained with your own kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. Each apartment also has free local phone calls and unlimited wireless internet usage however you need to bring your own laptop.

We are located in a quality neighborhood with decile 10 schools and just a 400 metre walk to Waiake Beach and a 5-10 minute walk to Browns Bay Beach & shopping centre via our cottage and the Orchard Rd walkway. 20 minute drive to Auckland City and a 5 minute drive inland to Albany & the new Westfield Shopping Mall and cinemas.

A pre arrival grocery shop is also available. We also have access to quality hire cars from $25 per day. Please enquire.
