Studio : Sleeps 2 (1 x Queen bed + Sofabed) with Kitchenette (convection Microwave + Hotplates), Fridge/Freezer, Bathroom and Laundry.
$490 per week
Longer stay rates available on application.
From $55-$70pn for Studio depending on the duration.
Winter = After Easter to 30th November.
Summer = 1st December up to and including Easter.
We will do our best to suit all occupation requirements, just send us an email.
50% non-refundable Deposit to secure booking.
We may request a bond.

Character Cottage Studio (sleeps 2)
Situated in a street of heritage homes with a private flat fenced garden and large grass lawn suitable for outdoor living and children. Recently redecorated throughout with good quality kitchen, bathrooms and furniture. Each has it's own entrance, courtyard & outdoor furniture.
The Cottage is on it's own private section and is not attached or adjoining the Owners premises, so you are completely private and independent.
The beach provides good safe swimming, plenty of shade under large trees and there is easy walking to numerous parks and reserves. Devonport Village is 15 mins walk away where you will find all banks/supermarkets/numerous cafes and ferries to Auckland city and the islands of the gulf.
50 metres to Cheltenham beach, Cafe, French Delicatessen/Bakery/Butchery, Dairy & Children's playground.
5 min walk to 18 hole Waitemata Golf course & public (free) Tennis courts.
10 min walk or 5 min Bus ride to Devonport Village High St & Ferry to Auckland City.
