Weekly:-
High: 1 Dec to 1 Feb - $1,200 per week.
Shoulder: 2 Feb to 31 May - $1150 per week.
Low: 1 June to 30 Nov - $1,100per week.

Pro rate for additional nights

Short term stays i.e. under 7 nights:-
High: 1 Dec to 1 Feb - $175.00 per night.
Shoulder: 2 Feb to 31 May - $195.00 per night.
Low: 1 June to 30 Nov - $220.00 per night

Longer periods by arrangement i.e. over one month

High: 1 Dec to 1 Feb - $1000.00 per week.
Shoulder: 2 Feb to 31 May - $850.00 per week.
Low: 1 June to 30 Nov - $800.00 week.

Description

Across the road from the beach, with views across to Waiheke Island, a two bedroom detached house with outside deck and off street parking. Next to the reserve - short bush walks and within walking distance of cafes, children's playground, convenience stores and boat ramp. Near to Half Moon Bay Marina to catch the ferry to Auckland, Rangitoto or Waiheke Island.

Google shows us in the middle of the Esplande but we are at the end! Please note the owner lives in the house at the back and thus the driveway is shared but ample parking is available.
