*Off peak spring winter, autumn season.
-April 1st through to November 30th - $695.00 -per night NZ$4,410 per week.

*Peak Christmas/summer season.
20th December- January10th NZ$895. per night (10% discount for 7 night plus stay)

11th January - March 31st NZ$700. per night

NZ$4,900.00 per week. The booking is for up to 8 people with a maximum of 10 occupants. NZ$ 50.00 per extra person per night.

Early bird booking discount of 10% if booked 30 Days before arrival date.

Lower level comprises of a modern granite kitchen, family room, separate lounge and dining with seating for 10. Also on the ground floor is the study/library/theatre. A Large utility room includes a washing machine, dryer and sauna for 3, which leads to the generous double garage and the swimming pool area .

This property has fantastic privacy with an elevated picturesque outlook over the village. The home is light filled and comfortable with enough grounds to enjoy a little bush, a little vege/herb garden and glass house. Just minutes access to local marinas, and stunning local beaches, restaurants, malls and entertainment. Easy access to the motorway with the distance to Eden Park being 23 km and North Harbour Stadium 10 km and 10 mins drive. Pick up and drop off from the Auckland Airport. A bus is easy, 1 minutes walk. AND Wireless internet.

Optional extra:
Possible fishing, free diving, boating experience with the owner by arrangement and weather dependent - we regularly see dolphins and killer whales. We recently leaned over the side and touched the dolphins. Have even seen Sperm Whales!! Awesome!!
