Summer - $250 a night for 8 people,
Winter - $200 a night for 8 people,
Weekly Rate is $1,500.00 in the summer months & $1,200.00 in the winter months
Full payment is required either before you stay or on the day of arrival.

There is a cleaning fee of $60.00 per stay

Description

Three bedroom, two bathroom, double garage home. Quiet cul-de-sac, walking distance to Howick, beaches and amenities. Close to Half Moon Bay Ferry Terminal for Waiheke Island and Downtown Auckland.
Full kitchen , dishwasher, waste disposal, laundry. Sky TV. Alarm. Extra Beds can be provided if needed. Accommodates 8+ people. There is 1x Queen sized bed in main room with ensuite, 1 x queen sized bed in 2nd room and 2 x king singles in 3rd bedroom. Double fold out couch in the lounge. We can provide a portacot if needed and an extra single bed.

Modern home in family street. Very quiet and safe with Auto double garage and internal access. Private rear court yard. 10min walk into Howick Village, short drive to Whitford, Maraetai and Clevedon. 15min drive to Sylvia Park Shopping Complex. Close to Movie Theatres.

As this is a quiet Cul de Sac, parties will NOT be tolerated.
