A deposit is required to secure booking.

Opt1&3 combined) has a 2 night minimum.

A bond of $500.00.

Description

Waterfront property with stunning elevated views across Tamaki straight to Waiheke Island and beyond. Sun and moon rises are spectacular.

Four rental options available. Two without full kitchen and two with full kitchen.

OPTION 1; Lower level; Sleeps 4.

Private level with own entrance.Own large private covered deck with BBQ. Great views.
• Two bedrooms ,(king size and 2 singles). One bathroom.
•Plasma TV. Separate kitchenette, tea\coffee, microwave, fridge and toaster.(not full kitchen). 2 flights of stair.

OPTION 2: Super Suite on Middle level:
• Sleeps 2, Super-king bed
• Own entrance. Large private deck with own BBQ and spa, (simple-silver=crystal clear water with no chlorine)
• Sitting\lounge area , 42inch plasma TV, DVD and mini stereo system. Stunning views,
• Tea/coffee facilities, microwave, fridge and toaster only. Not full kitchen.
• En-suite with separate shower and bath.
( 1 flight of stairs)

OPTION 3; sleeps 6
As Option 2 above plus:
• 2 extra queen size bedrooms
• extra bathroom
• top level of house with extra toilet
• extra huge deck off main lounge. Designer kitchen. Laundry
