UPPER LEVEL : $160 to $175 per night depending on time of the year.
BOTTOM LEVEL: (self contained studio): $50 per night (Not rented separately)
For your privacy, should you require the top level only, the bottom level will not be rented for the duration of your stay
Payment - A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required immediately to confirm reservation, balance required 7 days prior occupancy.
Cancellation Policy - 30% of deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to date of booking.

Main bedroom has private deck, living area opens onto a large, sunny deck with expansive sea views of Matheson Bay, Ti Point, Takatu Peninsula. The 3rd deck off kitchen is fully roofed, ideal for all weather, for BBQs etc. Large, flat backyard extending into land locked park. Great backyard for children. Plenty of off-street parking for cars and boat. Full laundry. Boat access at Leigh Harbour (5 mins away). Snorkelling, diving at Matheson Bay; Goat Island Marine Reserve; Tawharanui Regional Park. Numerous coastal walking tracks. Golf at Warkworth,Omaha. Wineries, cafes, restaurants and Matakana Market all within easy driving.
The downstairs studio is self contained, with ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, lounge and is ideal for extra family or friends who would like their own privacy.

“Thank you so much for the use of your Bach. It was such a pleasure to arrive into a clean and gorgeously laid out home. You really have thought of everything (oh and the filtered tank water was just delicious) What a treat it was to have a deck on both the front and back of the house. We had sheltered outdoor living the whole time.

We used either one depending on the weather. We loved the beach! Really clear water-we swam every day. A trip to Goat Island and Sawmill Cafe is recommended. “

“The Layout of the house is great with the two living areas and the decks are fantastic. You can eat outside in the evening no matter which direction the wind is coming from. The location is ideal with so much to do in the area. We had an excellent holiday and highly recommend it!
