For your privacy, should you require the top level only, the bottom level will not be rented for the duration of your stay
Payment - A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required immediately to confirm reservation, balance required 7 days prior occupancy.
Cancellation Policy - 30% of deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to date of booking.

The deck off the kitchen is fully roofed, ideal for all weather, for BBQs etc. Large, flat backyard extending into land locked park. Great backyard for children. Plenty of off-street parking for cars and boat. Full laundry. Boat access at Leigh Harbour (5 mins away). Snorkeling, diving at Matheson Bay; Surfing at Daniels Reef (5mins walk); Numerous coastal walking tracks. Great fishing.
Goat Island Marine Reserve, Tawharanui Regional Park, Golf at Warkworth and Omaha. Wineries, cafes, restaurants and Matakana Market all within easy driving.
The downstairs studio is self contained, with ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, lounge and is ideal for extra family or friends who would like their own privacy.
CLEANING SERVICE IS AVAILABLE $60 UPSTAIRS AND $25 DOWNSTAIRS.
