Description

Our one level beach house is north facing and located just across the road from the beach (approx 120M). Located at the southern end of the beach (the Dunes)it is beautifully appointed with two living areas. The seperate TV/Family room gives extra space to relax and unwind after a day on the beach. All the kitchen appliances are top quality. A modern style island bench in the kitchen with breakfast bar enhances the relaxed family atmosphere.

There is excellent indoor/outdoor flow with large decks and ranchsliders opening from lounge and bedrooms. Childrens toys, lots of board games and videos also make any stay more comfortable.

We are a two minute walk to the Tennis courts and childrens' playground. An easy 3 minute drive to the lovely 18 hole Omaha Golf Course.

We have a lovely log fire to relax and play board games in front of. Ours is an excellent home for both Summer or Winter breaks.

Fully fenced on three sides with plenty of offroad parking.

Outdoor shower for a quick rinse after a great day on the beach...Then relax with a barbeque and a glass or two on the deck .... blissss....
