All Rates are for 1- 4 guests:
Sleeps a Maximum of 8 people. (One Queen. 2 Double beds and a set of singe bunks.)
All Extra Guests will be $15 each per night Off Peak and $20 each Peak Period.
Children under 5 are free
October 1st to 16th December 2010 $175 per night
Peak time: 17th December to end of January 2011 $250 night.
1st Feb to end of Feb $200 per night
1st March to end of April $175 per night
May thru to end of September $125 per night
Long Weekends $200 per night
School Holidays $175 night (except Dec - Jan) or for 7 days or more only $150 night

We work on Self Clean Basis or you can book a Cleaner for an extra $50.
We supply all Blankets Duvets Pillows and cleaning gear at no extra charge. Sheets & Towels available on request Please Enquire when making your Booking.
Minimum stay of 2 nights required except for long weekends, which is 3 nights.
Single night available on request, a surcharge of $50 will apply.
A $25 Non Refundable Booking Fee applies for any Cancellations.

Description
A very tastefully decorated modern Holiday Home, ideal for a weekend or a week or more. We have recently redecorated with a brand new bathroom and kitchen and have Two Big Sunny Decks with indoor outdoor flow, Fully Fenced back area plus we have plenty of room to park your boat. Amenities include TV Sky Dish, DVD, CD radio, microwave, two fridge freezers and out door furniture. Just bring your own Linen and Food for a relaxing holiday. We are just a short stroll to Omaha's white sandy beach or the safe estuary where you can swim fish waterski or collect cockles for lunch. Omaha Golf Course, now an 18-hole course is right across the road, with magnificent views out to Coromandel and Great Barrier Island. Omaha is fantastic for boating and fishing; the boat ramp is only two minutes drive. Take a day trip out to beautiful Kawau Island or any of the other wonderful bays along the coast. Goat Island is another famous attraction where you can snorkel or dive and hand feed the protected fish. There are many cafes and restaurants and the world famous Morris and James Pottery all within 10 minutes drive.

| Comments: | Our holiday home is two level on the top level we have 2 bedrooms, each with a double or queen size bed and a full (brand new) bathroom with separate toilet. Downstairs is ideal for another family or the kids which has a large room and a double bed and set of bunks with own separate toilet and laundry facilities. Access is not internal but is under cover. The front deck is covered and fenced for the little ones. Soak up the early morning sun out on the back deck.The back yard is also fully fenced. |

The area is great for diving with plenty of marine lifeThere are wineries, restaurants and cafes just a 5min drive away. Supermarkets, shops, and a medical centre are at Snells Beach or Warkworth, only 15 minutes by car. |
