Situated only a comfortable one hours drive from Auckland, at Omaha's Southern end this Richard Priest designed house is purpose built for indoor / outdoor living with bi-fold doors opening on to two patios, one with outdoor fireplace.Winter stays are enhanced by use of indoor open fire.The house is handily placed between the superb Omaha beach and the 18 hole golf course, with direct walkways to both.Tennis courts and childrens' playgrounds are also within 200 meters.Excellent boating / fishing are accessed from the Omaha boat ramp while shopping,restaurants,wineries, craft/art galleries and a marine reserve park are all within a 15 minute radius of the house.
