Jan 16th - April 26th $250 per night
April 27th- August 31st $150 per night(weekly rate)
September 1st-Oct 31st $300 pernight(refer special deal rugby world cup)
November 1st-December 14th $150per night
Minimum 3 nights stay except Xmas/New Year peak time which is a mimimum booking of 1 week.
Deposit of 30% required on booking confirmation and balance paid in full prior to commencement.A bond may be required. References will be requested.

Cleaning charge of $100.00 on a weekly stay applies and a charge of $70.00 on a casual stay.

Description

A lovely 3 bedroom one level sunny home located in a quite culdesac 250 metres from the beautiful Omaha Beach. The house has a good sized section which also looks over a reserve (so plenty of room for cricket and football/rugby). The house also has direct access to the walkway and a 3 minute walk to the beach.

Open plan living with modern kitchen/lounge/dining room combined with a huge deck and a more quite patio area at rear. It offers a large family bathroom with a door offering access to the outside where another hot water shower is located. There is also a separate toilet. The bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the house is tiled or wooden flooring.

In the garage is another fridge/freezer.
