This modern 4 bedroom/3 bathroom holiday home is perfectly suited for two families. Conveniently located at the northern end of Omaha close to the estuary or short safe walk to the beach. Upstairs is the living area plus King and Queen bedrooms, ensuite and main bathroom. Downstairs is two additional bedrooms - a King bedroom and ensuite/shared bathroom and another bedroom with two sets of bunks for the kids.

Well appointed with tiled bathrooms and modern appliances including a french door F & P fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 3 TV’s, 2 DVD’s, Stereo with Ipod dock, SKY Digital, 6 burner S/S hooded BBQ and 2 sets of outdoor furniture. A rumpus room and additional kitchenette is also downstairs together with a full laundry and outdoor shower.

Kids are well catered for with books, games, toys, boogy boards, petanque and swing tennis available.

Ideal for walking or biking with extensive boardwalks along the waterfront, tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, local vineyards, art galleries, cafes and handy to the renowned Goat Island marine reserve - Omaha is the perfect holiday destination for your family.
