20 Dec-17 Jan: 6 persons: nightly $595.00. Each extra person $50.00
18 Jan - 6 Feb: 6 persons: nightly $550.00. Each extra person $50.00
7 Feb-31 March: 10 persons: nightly $450.00. Each extra person $25.00
1 Apr - 30 Aug: 10 Persons: nightly $375.00. Each extra person $25.00
1 Sept- 19 Dec: 6 persons: nightly $400.00. Each extra person $50.00

Holiday weekends minimum stay 3 nights $450.00 per night (6 persons) Easter 4 night stay, All other stays 2 nights or more.

A departure fee of between $150.00 and $300.00 applies depending on the number of guests and the length of stay. A bond is required for all stays.

We offer a linen hire service at $25.00 per person.

Description

The house sits on a large section with a sun patio, large deck and BBQ area. There is a large lawn for children to enjoy.
Our modern kitchen is well equipped with stainless appliances, large pantry with lots of storage space.
The lounge has a 42 inch plasma TV screen, Sky TV, DVD, CD player, for your enjoyment.
the house has 5 bedrooms including 4 queens, 3 bathrooms, large open plan sun filled living area.
Winter will be cosy with the lounge/dining area log gas fire and oil heating for bedrooms.
We have a large double garage which offers a play area for the children and bikes for your use. The large driveway will accomodate the boat and cars.
Our property offers families and couples a high standard of holiday accomodation at a reasonable tariff.
The white sands of Omaha Beach are just a two minute walk from the house.

Omaha is such a popular holiday destination. The beach is surf patrolled during summer months. There is an excellent tide boat launching facility and a sheltered harbour for amall craft activities, windsurfing, sailing to name a few.
