Description

This modern 3 bedroom beach house features true indoor-outdoor living, polished concrete floors, 3 carpeted, well appointed bedrooms and a huge internal access garage with a variety of games and bikes for your use. Roll out the sun awning over the north facing patio, toss a steak or two on the large gas barbeque, pour a glass of wine and relax on the teak outdoor furniture. On cooler evenings sink into the leather lounge suite and enjoy the open fire. Chill out with the home theatre/audio system or MySky. Whip up a sumptuous meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

3 minutes down YOUR OWN PRIVATE ACCESS and across the reserve will bring you to the golden sands of Omaha beach. Send the kids to the nearby tennis courts and playgrounds. Feeling more active - boating, 18 hole golf, walking trails, farmers market, potteries,fine art galleries and boutique vineyards are only minutes away. Goat Island marine reserve and Tawharanui Regional Park are an easy drive. Maybe check out the live music at Leigh Sawmill Bar or take a day trip to historic Mansion House on Kawau from nearby Sandspit wharf .
