This comfortable 3 bedroom home is situated in a quiet street just 2 minutes walk from Orewa beach. The fully fenced courtyard makes a safe playground for the children and an ideal setting for the evening BBQ.
Orewa is a popular destination for swimmers, boaties and anglers.
Many attractions are located within easy reach of Orewa, including the Waiwera Hot Pools, Snow Planet Ski Slope, and Luge. For golfers, there are the Peninsular Golf Club nearby and the Gulf Harbour course about 20 Minutes away.
There is a short drive to the local shops and restaurants for your everyday needs and dining, and for the shopaholics Silverdale with it's factory shops is only 5 minutes away. A little further along the motorway is the Albany Megacentre.
North Harbour Stadium is in easy reach for sports or concert-goers.
