Tariff

Tariffs apply up to 6adults. Each additional adult $50 pn.
1st April-30th November $200pn week days weekends are $250 per night.
December 1st till 22th $200 pn
22ndDecember-6th january $500 per night
Jan7th unit 20th $350.00 aniversary weekend, Easter $350pn (minimum 4 nights)

Labour weekend $300 per night 3 night minimum.
Queens Birthday $350 per night minimum 3 nights.
25% deposit required to confirm booking. Cleaner must be used at minimum $60 cash to be left for her. Place must also be left in reasonable condition before the cleaner comes. No more than 4 people to visit occupants per day. No parties.

One of a group of only 5 houses in the sand dunes on Pakiri Beach. Very private
3 bedroom modern beach house. Looks over the lagoon with stunning views out across the beach to Little barrier Island.
Great surf or easy swimmng in the lagoon. Kayaking, fishing and endless beach walks at the door. 5 minute walk to horse riding and a 15 minute drive to trendy Matakana village. One hour drive from Auckland.
House only 10 years old with modern appliances. Barbeque on the large sun decks and a flat lawn for games.
