This house has 3 bedrooms. The master ensuite has a Japanese style solid granite spa bath,and a triple shower, whilst the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom within a separate hallway.The central level has a large open plan kitchen family room, with open gas fire, 42 inch plasma TV, and built in sound system. there is also a scullery. The lounge has a 100 inch projector home theatre, and open gas fire. The study / library is fully equipped with computer , printer , fax , and books. The central level opens out onto a large deck with open fire equipped with a fire starter. The deck has covered and uncovered areas there is a tepenyaki table that seats 10 people. There is also a bar-be-que and a reflecting pool.To the north, the house looks down the valley to the city , to the west the view is through mature native trees to the domain. It is very tranquil here yet a few paces to the hub-bub of Parnell Rd., and a few minutes to the city. Laundry and double garage access to the garage is through an automated security gate.
