Three bedroom fully furnished character 'Santa Fe' home with french doors from all bedrooms, dining and lounge opening onto sundrenched courtyard and seaward decks from the master bedroom and lounge. Master bedroom has own ensuite. Outdoor fireplace in secluded courtyard area and indoor woodburner, keep you warm and cosy. A romantic hideaway all year round or a fun family retreat!
Well situated at end of quiet cul-de-sac on peninsular adjacent to 100ha bush reserve. The Manukau is a stunning tidal harbour with excellent fishing at high tide and diverse birdlife evident at low tide.
10 mins to Titirangi village Art galleries, shops, cafes and restaurants - 35 minutes to Auckland City's nightlife, 25 minutes to West coast surf beaches and 10 minutes to extensive Waitakere bush and dam walks.
