$300-$350 per night depending on season. Minimum stay 2 nights required. High Season: Oct - June (excluding Peak/Xmas/New Year Period) $2,275 pw up to 6 people. Peak Season: 14 Dec - 8 Feb (excluding Xmas/New Year Period) $2,450 pw up to 6 people. Xmas/New Year Period: 21 Dec - 8 Jan - Special rates upon request - 7 night minimum stay. Off Peak Season: Jul - Sept $2,100 pw up to 6 people. $30 per night each additional person. Tariff subject to change. Discount available during off peak season on bookings of seven nights or longer. Refundable bond may be required.

Bush reserve, privacy and seclusion. Located a short distance from 'The Mudbrick' award winning restaurant, 'The Cable Bay Winery and Restaurant' and 'The Estate, Church Bay', wedding / conference venues. Large master bedroom upstairs with delightful private sun deck and spectacular native bush and sea views. Sunny property with room for outdoor activities. Off street parking. A ten minute leisurely stroll to two beaches and to the shops, art gallery, movie theatre, restaurants, cafes, bars of Oneroa or to the Matiatia ferry. Transport to and from ferry by arrangement. Deep water mooring can be provided by arrangement in advance.

“We had a great time at your Waiheke holiday home. The arrangements which were made in advance were good and everything went well. We were very happy with the property and had everything we wanted. We enjoyed relaxing on your deck as the children played on the large rear lawn below. We loved the house. It was very handy to everything, and particularly the wedding venue a short distance away. Everything was clean and tidy . We would love to come back.”
