Description
A modern split level home on the northern side of Waiheke Island overlooking Sandy Bay. Sandy Bay is a 100 metre flat walk from the property and Enclosure Bay 400 metres. Both beaches are excellent for swimming, kayaking and snorkelling and very safe for children. Use the three kayaks and two boogie boards available to explore the bays. Sandy bay is a very popular beach.It doesn't loose the sun until late evening in the summer and the swimming is still fabulous at low tide. It also has a boat ramp. Cafes,restaurants, shops, supermarket, golf course and ferries a 8 minute drive away. Oneroa is 5 minutes by car. Onetangi 10 -15 minutes. The house is furnished with new modern leather and glass furniture in the living area, new comfortable beds with quality bedware and towels and all the white wear is of a high standard. Asko dishwasher, gas cooking and heating, large Plasma TV, tv's in each bedroom, an excellent sound system, quality outdoor furniture and outdoor heating all make for a very relaxing holiday. Two of the bedrooms have decks with outdoor furniture.
