Set on a lifestyle block property of 6 acres in one of Auckland's picturesque coastal locations. Come down our tree-lined driveway to find a charming barn with modern chattels, three bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, a lounge living area, kitchenette with breakfast bar and seating and dishwasher. A deck with seating and a large BBQ. Views to paddocks beyond where sheep graze. Set amongst a large, mature, landscaped garden with our family home nearby. A private retreat yet only 25 minutes from downtown Auckland and the international airport. Botany Downs shopping centre is only 10 minutes away and Manukau City 15 minutes.
A passenger ferry service to Auckland City and Waiheke Island is nearby for day trips and the Formosa and Whitford Golf Clubs only minutes away. A great holiday base in Auckland out of the hustle and bustle. We are a family of four who live on this property with the usual farm animals of sheep, pig, chickens, cats and a dog.
