Kitchen with facilities, and modern bathroom with a very large bath that can fit 2 people. and all tastefully decorated.

French doors leading from dining room to outdoor living area.

We are 1 km. from Tirau in the heart of Waikato farming country, with great views from every window and a tranquil setting.
Tirau is a destination for many people, as there are great interior and fashion shops, to name just a few, and a good variety of trendy cafes.
There are 2 golf courses close by, and the well known Okoroire hot springs being 10 minutes away.

Central to Hamilton, Rotorua and Tauranga, and on the doorstep of Waikato river trails.

We offer Breakfasts,either cooked for you or self-catering.

Our cottage also offers complete privacy and seclusion, whilst being minutes from local amenities.
We offer 2 bicycles if required for your leisure.
