Purpose built, rustic barn house set in stunning mature bush setting on a 6 acre property bordered by extensive bush reserves and the Kaimai forest park with views out over the Tauranga Harbour and Pacific ocean. 15 mins by car to the white sands of Waihi Beach, 30 mins to Tauranga, 5 mins to Morton Estate Vineyard and restaurant. Access to literally hundreds of kilometres of bush walking and mountain bike tracks. Nikau Heights has an abundance of wildlife and a heritage grade bush diversity, with the lovely sound of Tui's a constant throughout the day. The property is classic New Zealand Bush life at it's very best. Open up the barn doors and let the sun flood in. Just relax and get away from it all. And when you've finally rid yourself of the city stress, the Red Barn is ideally situated so you can explore the Western Bay and beyond. Ideal for families of four to five that want to spend quality time together. Also ideal for couples.
