Description

Fantastic sea views. Set on top of a hill our cosy Lockwood "A"frame home is right in the Kawhia township, walking distance to dairies, hotel,bars, cafes, wharf, the beach & fishing .
Fishing charters are available and there is a great golf course within a 2 minute drive.
Our home is extremely relaxing,comfortably furnished and totally self contained.Your own slice of paradise.The property is very private,ideally suited for a couple wanting a romantic getaway,you can sip champagne in the bath and see the harbour views or see the beautiful sunsets from the deck.
Kawhia is famous for its great fish & chips from the wharf. There is the "Blue Chook Inn" which provide great wines & food & the Orange Dingy Cafe famous for its Seafood Chowder & homemade burgers.
At Ocean Beach you can take your spade & dig you own hot pool at low tide & enjoy a nice bottle of wine & all the tranquility of Kawhia.
There is approx 30 steps from the garage up to the house.
