Description

12 year old 2 storied house. Fully carpeted and furnished. Comes complete with heaps of crockery and cutlery. Also pots and pans electric frypan, electric beater and cooking dishes. Terrace with outdoor furniture.

House situated approx 2 min walk to safe harbour swimming, 500 metres to good boat ramp and 5 min drive to ocean beach complete with hot water springs. Great fishing both in the harbour and over the reasonably safe bar. Scallops in the harbour, and big game fish over the bar. If you don't have a boat there's also good fishing off the wharf, or charter boats going out every day. Kawhia has a hotel, cafe- restaurant, service station, dairy, museum and kids playground all a lovely 15 min walk down a lovely tree lined waterside track.

House has heaps of parking. Bring your own gas bottle for the BBQ and fish smoker. A 45 min drive to Otorohanga which has a Woolworths supermarket and lots of shops or approx an hours drive to Hamilton. Also approx 1 hour drive to the world famous Waitomo cave complex., so there's plenty do do if the weathers not great.
