Come and enjoy comfort and privacy in our tranquil and rural setting adjacent to Lake Karapiro 2 kms off State Highway 1. Our two bedroom fully equipped unit (separate from the main B&B house) with own undercover carport and boat parking contains fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave, TV, video, stereo plus all mod cons. Outdoor dining and gas BBQ available and spacious grassed area for games etc. Laundry facilities available in main house.

Close to Lake and boat ramps (5mins) for all water sports and fishing. Great golf courses and walks in area. Waikato River Trails, Maungatautari Ecological Island all nearby. Visit Cambridge and Tirau for antiques, art and craft.

Ideal base to explore the Waikato - Rotorua, 45mins, Tauranga, 50mins, Waitomo, 90mins, Coromandel, 2 hours, Fieldays, Mystery Creek and Airport 35mins, Hobbiton tours, 20mins. Take a total break by the lake.
