This lovely bach is located one minute walk to Lake Rotoehu which is a great lake for trout fishing and kayaking the many arms.It is 5 minutes drive to the pristine Lake Rotoma for all your water sports.The house is off the busy main road of Lake Rotoma,just past the natural hot pool.A warm, comfortable, fully equipped, modern 4 bedroom inital home including the sleepout, which has it's own CD player, oil heater, shower & toilet, great for children/teenagers or extra couple. In winter relax in front of the fire with a glass of wine, & play board games. Situated at a restful, sunny peaceful retreat surrounded by ferns, native bush and birds. Relax on the deck while smoking a trout.Visit the many surrounding lakes, Lake Rotoma, Lake Rotoiti, Lake Okataina, or play golf at the picturesque Hinehopu 10 minutes away.There is an abundance of activites within 45 minutes, mountain biking & tramping at the Redwood Forest, thermal rivers, volcanic terraces,bubbling water pools & geysers. Close to Rotoma's service station, dairy,bottlestore, internet cafe and takeaways. We have sky TV & two kayaks on a trailer & two bikes are included. Ideal for 2 families.

The main bathroom has a shower over the bath. The toilet is in a seperate room to the bathroom. The sleepout has a shower then walks on into a sperate room for the toilet.

The Main bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with a large double wardrobe and a large scotch chest,it looks out over the sleepout which is great for children/teenagers which has 2 single beds (can push together) & bunks and has its own shower & toilet, CD player & oil heater.Another room has 2 single beds, and a cupboard with a toy box, also great for young children. There is another room with a double bed cupboard and bedside draws. There is plenty of spare blankets, duvets & pillows & all beds apart from bunks in sleepout have an electric blanket.
