Non peak rates - $120 per night for two people using main cottage. Additional people $10 per head per night. Maximum of ten people.

Peak rates - $140 per night for two people using main cottage. Additional people $20 per head per night. Maximum of ten people. Minimum stay peak season - 3 nights.

Description

Tui Cottages are situated on beautiful Lake Rotoiti in Te Karaka Bay in the area called Otaramarae. Although the cottages are not situated on the lake front, they are a mere 300 metres from one of the best boat ramps in Rotoiti.

The cottages consist of two buildings. The main house which has a large bedroom and ensuite and open plan kitchen/lounge/dining. The sleepout consists of two large bedrooms with double bunks/single over in each, shower, toilet and large lounge area. This unit has basic facilities such as jug, microwave and fridge. (No further cooking facilities).
The cottages would ideally suit a large family (mum and dad in the house with teenagers in the sleepout) or two families sharing the facilities.

There is plenty of off-street parking for boats and cars. The property is fully fenced and has fantastic outdoor living areas for those long BBQ's on the deck over the summer months!

Situated minutes from the Okere Falls Store, and a ten minute boat ride to the Manupirua Hot Springs - Lake Rotoiti is perfect for waterskiing and trout fishing.
