$190 + $10 ea/per person per night (Children under 1 are free)

Whole house rentals available during NZ school holidays only, during term time one room flat with ensuite & lounge available at a cost of $120 per night including continental breakfast (Flat has queen size bed so sleeps 2).

There is a cleaning fee of $50 for each whole house rental in addition to the nightly tariff.

Description

A large beautiful architectural home overlooking views of Lake Rotorua, Lynmore farm and the Redwoods. This home is owned by an artist and gallery owner so it's full of great furniture and art. Right on the edge of a beautiful farm there is a sense of privacy and peace with the sweeping views in front, Redwood forest to the left and cows grazing to the right!

100m from the Redwood forest for walking/running tracks and incredible mountain biking.
5 minutes drive to the Blue lake & Lake Okareka for swimming, waterskiing, trout fishing and the like.
5 minutes drive from the city centre.

Right in the heart of all the fun to be had in Rotorua!
