Nestled amongst native and old English trees, 8kms from Rotorua city, it is far enough away not to suffer sulphur fumes. An acre of parklike grounds provides plenty of off-street parking and space for children to play. Private boat ramp and jetty, a safe sandy beach, kayaks, dighies and fishing tackle make this an ideal holiday retreat. This comfortable spacious home has two bathrooms, full kitchen facilities (including two fridge/freezers, and microwave), walk in storeroom, wood burning fire, TV, VCR, CD player, washing machine, gas BBQ and fish smoker. Combined with the accommodation facilities of "Willowmere" cottage makes this property is the ideal venue for family and friends and group get-togethers.
