Tariff
$295 per night or $1,600 per week year round for 2 persons. Under 5s are free of charge.
$25 extra per person per night (or $125 per person per week) for more than 2 people.

A premium rate of $2,750 per week (minimum booking 7 nights for up to 12 guests) applies from Christmas to Waitangi weekend. A 4 night minimum booking also applies at Easter. Premium pricing will also apply during Rugby World Cup 9 Sep to 21 Oct 2011 (POA).
A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance of payment due on arrival.
A cleaning and laundry service is available for an additional $50. Otherwise, guests are expected to wash the linen and towels used, make the beds and clean the house ready for the next guests.

Home gym and table tennis table located in the garage. Home theatre lounge has 50" widescreen TV, DVD player and 1000+ DVD movies. Separate conversation lounge with TV/DVD player & DVDs for the kids. Wireless internet available.
The property is private and secluded with beautiful gardens, yet only 3 kms from CBD. Short walk to local dairy and bus stop. 1 km to gondolas and handy to all of the great Rotorua/BOP tourist attractions.
Under floor gas heating and two cosy log fires with wood supplied during winter. All linen, towels and cooking essentials provided. Fully serviced weekly by arrangement. Two car garaging. Boat ramps are close by and there is room to park the jet ski or small boat.
