Off Peak - $225 p/n week days and 250.00 per night weekends (1 May - 1 Oct)
Mid Season - $250.00 October 1, to April 30.
The weeks over the Christmas holidays from 19th Dec 2011 until the 31th Jan 2012
are charged out at $450.00 pr night. Easter is charged out at $450.00 per nights

Description

Fully furnished 6 bedroom family holiday home in the beautiful Mount Maunganui Area. Located one street behind Marine Parade (Beach Road) a short stroll to the beach. One street from the Tay Street and Surf Reef. Sky Digital, Private fenced back yard with Barbeque area. Top storey decks off Master bedroom suite and second Lounge. Large open plan living for that special family and friends re-union. Room to park the boat and two cars.
All linen is provided on beds and towels are also provided.
