Comfortable large 5 bedroom family holiday home located in Oceanview Road, Mt Maunganui. (Tay Street end). Close to popular surfing spot on Marine Parade/Tay Street. Supermarket 1 min drive away. All downtown Mount activities only minutes away. 3 Deck areas with views to the Ocean, Hills and Port. Very quiet location. Double car garaging and space for a boat or 2 other vehicles. Enjoy all that the Mount offers - cafes, shopping, hot pools, baywave aquatic centre, indoor rock climbing, golf, great walks. Tauranga only a 10 min drive away. Please note, beanbags shown on deck are no longer in use. Left photos on to show you the deck areas. PLEASE NOTE:This property is on the market. On the rare occasion, our agent may need to show a prospective buyer through during your stay. We would give you warning and are not expecting the house to be spotless.
