Ground floor is the double garage, laundry and toilet.
First floor features 3 double bedrooms, main bathroom, master bedroom (triple size), ensuite, walk in wardrobe.
2nd level hosts the open plan kitchen and dining area that is spacious and has huge windows that highlight the magnificent views of the surrounding area.
The 3rd levels are semi-split - one leads to sunroom and toilet, and the other to the open lounge area.

With a balcony which hosts a bbq and great views, you won't want to look past this house.
The house is set back up a quiet and private driveway that you don't hear any road noise and is private. Surrounded by Ponga trees, this property got it's name for the distinctive koru/fronz that grew on the ponga tree and the owners love of the Maori symbol as shown within the art surrounding the walls of the spacious and modern home.
A great place for families, professionals and anyone who wants to be in Rotorua, but out of the city central.
