Description

Only five minutes from Rotorua Airport and 15 minutes from Rotorua’s city centre, Sandy Loch Cottage is very close to many of Rotorua’s main attractions and forty minutes from Tauranga.

A character cottage, fully self contained, the ideal place to relax or use as a base from which to enjoy many of the activities and natural beauties in the Bay of Plenty.

Stunning views across the lake to Mokoia Island and magnificent sunsets over the water in the evening.

Extensive gardens with a huge lawn area for outside activities

A private jetty is available for use by guests

Lake Rotorua, upon the shores of which the cottage is located, is the centerpiece of the network of lakes within the Rotorua district. Many of the other Lakes are a short distance away. Lake Rotoiti is several minutes away in a car or a short walk.

The cottage is in perfect position for those who like to fish!
